ECA – Exterior Corner Angle and Exterior Corner Installation

ECA profiles are manufactured accommodating widths of standard BlazeFrame track profiles with affixed intumescent overlapping edges. Overlapped edges are sized to line up with and create a seal through abutment to intumescent on track profile and to overhead structure.

Method of installation:

1. Insert appropriate ECA profile into end of track profile
2. Tightly butt overlapping edges of ECA to overhead and intumescent on track profile
3. Attach to overhead with power actuated or mechanical fastener
4. Tightly butt “fresh piece” of intersecting BlazeFrame track to intersecting intumescent
